Feeling a little bloated and toxic? That happens to many of us after a holiday or weekend of excess. Sure…I watch what I eat on most days, but I am human and sometimes a holiday gets the best of us and we come back lethargic, puffy and with a bloated belly. Then we vow to get back on track to better health.
Here are 2 detox drinks that will help you get back to lean and vital, and energize your body back to normal.

Simple Morning Ritual

1 Cup purified water
Juice of one lemon
1/2 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
This morning tonic has a lemon to aid in digestion and get the body moving, AND the minerals in the sea salt will balance electrolytes and give your body a natural boost. 
I drink this every morning and get it ready the night before. It sits on my nightstand and is the first thing I drink upon awakening.

Green Machine Detox Drink

1 Cup Purified Water
1/2 Cup Spinach
1/2 Granny Smith Apple Cored and peeled
1 Stalk Celery chopped
Juice of one lemon
1 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seeds
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds to top it off with at the end!
Blend all in a blender on high and enjoy!
