Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane is taking part in this year's BBC Proms in a show that will be paying tribute to Broadway musicals.
MacFarlane, who voices many of the cult comedy's characters - such as dad Peter Griffin, baby Stewie and neighbour Glenn Quagmire - will appear at the Royal Albert Hall on August 27th.
The writer and actor is due to perform with the John Wilson Orchestra ahead of the release of his debut album later this year.
His record will feature MacFarlane singing a host of big band classics.
Aside from performing, MacFarlane is involved other cartoon shows including American Dad! and The Cleveland Show, as well as a revamped version of the 1960s show The Flintstones in the pipeline.
With a cast full of soloists, the concert at the Royal Albert Hall is expected to include excerpts from Show Boat, No, No, Nanette, On Your Toes, Kiss Me, Kate and Annie Get Your Gun.
