Adele has become the richest young musician in the UK, with an estimated fortune of £20 million.
Last year's Sunday Times Rich List forecast the star to be worth £6 million but record sales of her second album 21 have helped her gain a massive £14 million in the last year.
The record is the sixth biggest-selling album in the UK ever.
Cheryl Cole is second, equal on the list with Leona Lewis and both have fortunes estimated at £12 million.
Only two of the ten richest young musicians are men, with Craig David and Paolo Nutini joint sixth on the list with fortunes equalling £8 million apiece.
The rest of the chart is dominated by women, including Charlotte Church, Florence Welch and Lily Allen.
Daniel Radcliffe has been estimated as the richest UK actor under 30 with a fortune of £54 million, closely followed by star of the Twilight saga Robert Pattinson, who is worth £40 million.
