A mother has been charged with poisoning her daughter after the 14-month-old died from a suspected methadone overdose.
Holly Agius died at at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital on January 12th after being found at home in a "poorly condition".
Her mother, Bonny Richards, 27, and an unnamed 31-year-old man have both been charged.
Gloucestershire Police said the pair have been charged with administering poison with intent to endanger life or inflict grievous bodily harm.
They have also been charged with assault, ill-treating and neglecting a child.
The two have been bailed to appear at Gloucester Magistrates Court on July 22nd.
