Kung Fu Panda, The Mist and The Visitor in this week's biggest movie releases.

Having cemented a place in movie history with his adaptation of Stephen King's Shawshank Redemption, Frank Darabont returns to the master of horror for The Mist this week, a paranoid, superbly-handled tale of a small town forced into battling for survival when a freak storm means that something wicked comes their way.

A martial arts dream-team of Jackie Chan and Jet Li team up in The Forbidden Kingdom this week when an American teen (Michael Angarano) makes a surprise discovery that sends him on an adventure to deepest China in an action-packed, family-friendly fantasy.

And finally, in what promises to be the film release of the week - hell, maybe the month - The Visitor tells of lonely college professor Walter Vale (Richard Jenkins) who, after finding a young pair of illegal immigrants living in his New York bolthole, forms an unexpected and touching friendship through the power of music.
